Chromcraft Revington, Inc.(AMEX: CRC) is a designer, manufacturer, importer and marketer of quality residential and contract furniture. We sell our product under different brand names addressing different categories and niches of the furniture industry.
In the residential market our brands are sold under the umbrella of CR-Home. These residential brands include Chromcraft, Cochrane, Peters Revington, Silver and Sumter. CR-Home markets solid wood bedroom and dining room furniture through its Cochrane and Sumter brands, swivel/tilt and casual dining through the Chromcraft brand and living room furniture through Cochrane (upholstery) and Peters-Revington and Silver (occasional). CR-Home distributes its products through an independent sales force to quality dealers large and small throughout the North America. The CR-Home sales and marketing office is in Lincolnton, North Carolina and has showrooms in High Point North Carolina and in Las Vegas Nevada.
The Company sells commercial and contract under the Chromcraft Contract brand. Our products include office seating, training tables and wait seating for a range of applications from healthcare and airports. Chromcraft Contract has its sales and marketing office in Senatobia Mississippi and has its showroom in Chicago, Illinois as part of NEOCON.
The Company is head quartered in West Lafayette, Indiana and has operating locations in Lincolnton, North Carolina; Delphi, Indiana.; Senatobia, Mississippi.; Riverside, California and in Guan Dong, China.
